(1) Determination of fineness of sanding fluid

Take 5 ml of pigment sanding solution and add 95 ml of water to stir. Take a drop on the glass slide, cover it with a cover slip, place it under a microscope of 400 times, and observe and measure it repeatedly by moving, requiring the fineness of the sand sleeping fluid to be mostly 2 μm or less.

(2) Determination of the diffusion properties of sanding fluid (as reference fineness)

10 ml of the sanding solution was taken, placed in a 200 ml beaker, and 100 ml of fresh water was added to stir. At the same time, use a 1ml pipette to draw 0.2ml of filtrate from the bottom, continuously drip on the filter paper (remove the last drop), let it spread naturally around, then cool it and observe its osmosis, requiring 4-5 (4? 5 is the standard for dye ultrafine powder).

(3) Determination of solid content of sanding fluid

In a weighing bottle of known constant weight, weigh 5 to 10 g of sanding fluid. Dry to constant weight at 100 ° C and calculate the pigment percentage G as follows.

G%=G2/G1×100%

Where G1 - the weight of the sample before drying;

G2 - The sample is heavy after drying.

(4) Colorimetric fineness measurement

The fineness of the colorant is measured by a squeegee fineness meter, depending on how many micrometers its fineness is.
