[Four kinds of production process of non-woven masterbatch, you know?]
Release date:[2018/5/23] Is reading[809]次

Non-woven masterbatch is a kind of coloring new products such as plastics and fibers. It is mainly divided into three parts: colorant, carrier and dispersant. The non-woven masterbatch enables the polymer to be produced by uniformly placing a pigment in an amount exceeding the constant amount in the resin.

In terms of variety development, China's masterbatch manufacturers have developed non-woven masterbatch. The production process of non-woven masterbatch is generally divided into four types: washing method, ink method, kneading method, and metal soap method. The following describes the four production processes for non-woven masterbatch as follows:

1. Flushing method: The pigment, water, and dispersant are sand-milled so that the pigment particles are less than 1 μm, and the pigment is transferred to the oil phase by a phase transfer method, followed by drying to obtain a masterbatch. Organic solvents and corresponding solvent recovery devices are required for phase inversion.

The process is as follows: thin paste is rinsed, and the evaporation concentrate is dried and added to the carrier for extrusion granulation.

2. Ink method: As the name implies, it is the production method of ink color paste in the production of masterbatch, that is, it is coated with a low molecular protective layer on the surface of the pigment through three-roll grinding. The ground fine paste is mixed with the carrier resin, then plasticized by a two-roll mill (also called a two-roll mill), and finally granulated by a single-screw or twin-screw extruder.

The flow is as follows: Mixing The crude color paste is tri-rolled, and the fine-color paste is used for two-roll plastics extrusion and granulation.

3. Metal soap method: After the pigment has been grinded, the particle size is about 1μm, and the soap liquid is added at a certain temperature so that the surface layer of each pigment particle is uniformly wetted by the soap liquid to form a layer of saponification solution, which is a metal salt. After the solution is added, it chemically reacts with the saponification layer on the surface of the pigment to form a protective layer of a metal soap (magnesium stearate), so that the finely pulverized pigment particles do not cause flocculation but protect a certain degree of fineness. .

4. Kneading: After the pigment and the oil carrier are blended, the pigment is oleophilic and the pigment is washed from the aqueous phase into the oil phase by kneading. At the same time, the surface of the pigment is coated with an oil carrier to stably disperse the pigment and prevent aggregation of the pigment.

For the four kinds of production processes for the non-woven masterbatch, are you clear from the above explanation?
