Composition structure and technical principles

When the melt is extruded through the annular die head to form a film bubble, the pigment has achieved uniform distribution at the microscopic level, thereby ensuring the consistency and stability of the film's color.

High-quality blown film masterbatch needs to meet multiple technical requirements. It must have excellent dispersibility to avoid the formation of color spots or stripes on the film surface. Good rheological properties match those of the base resin to ensure the stable formation of film bubbles during the blown film process. Heat resistance is also an important indicator. In addition, the appropriate addition ratio should not significantly affect the mechanical and optical properties of the film.
