Processing technology:

Manufactured into pellets with a diameter of 2.5-3 mm and cooled to the stock to the package. During this period, the dispersion of the toner on the resin carrier is particularly stringent, especially for high-fill masterbatch, which also requires high dispersion. The requirements for the mixer or the twin screw are extremely strict, and the Japanese and Taiwan Liena mechanical equipment are the best.

Defects:

Can make the pigment have better dispersibility in the product, help to keep the chemical stability of the pigment, can store for a long time. Toner will cause dust and other pollution during the process of addition. It will affect the workers and the masterbatch will not.

Inadequate injection temperature control is difficult to blend with rubber, injection molding machine does not add a certain back pressure, the mixing effect of the screw is not good.
