During the production of masterbatch, pigments or functional additives undergo multiple grinding and surface treatment processes, resulting in a relatively uniform distribution within the carrier resin. The melt index matches the mainstream spunbond and meltblown processes, and when mixed with the base material, it is less likely to cause clogging of the screen, broken fibers, or crystal points. When changing colors or varieties, the cleaning path is shorter, reducing material waste and downtime. 

Simplify the process and reduce the steps. 

By using functional masterbatches as an alternative and adopting the addition or finishing methods, the requirements for coloring and modification can be addressed simultaneously at the raw material stage. This eliminates offline dyeing, spraying or impregnation processes, which not only shortens the production cycle but also avoids generating additional wastewater or exhaust gas. For users who need to control the overall production cost and environmental impact, this is a practical process choice. 

Carrier matching, good compatibility 

The Non-woven fabric masterbatch is based on polypropylene or polyethylene as the carrier, and has good compatibility with polypropylene and polyester non-woven fabric base materials. It can also be customized with the type of carrier resin according to specific processes to ensure that the mechanical properties (breaking strength, tear strength, etc.) of the final product are not significantly affected. 

Easy to use, stable in quality 

The masterbatch is supplied in regular granular form, without dust. It can be simply mixed with the main material in the set proportion and then put into production. Each batch of products undergoes tests for melt index, dispersion and functional effect to ensure consistent performance between batches. The recommended addition amount is usually 1% to 5%. Users can adjust it flexibly according to their actual needs.
